This system is designed to monitor the quality of the primary working processes of a company so that the service level is maintained on the high level that can be expected of R.M.I. Regular internal and external audits are performed to be able to reach the desired level of customer satisfaction in complete transparency. R.M.I. also has set targets on key indicators of its performance and is also determined to pull the maximum of learning from any deviation to the desired performance.
